K.C.’s Story
My life purpose is to help others come alive.
My life’s work is coaching because I know firsthand that the journey to self-discovery is transformative. I understand the work it requires and the challenges that arise, which allows me to be a supportive space where my clients feel deeply seen and heard. Together, we generate momentum toward their goals, life purpose, and fulfillment both personally and professionally.
With a Master’s degree and a 17-year career in education, I began as a teacher and quickly transitioned into high school leadership, serving as an instructional coach and principal. These experiences equipped me with a deep understanding of leadership development, the power of meaningful reflection, and career transitions.
Over the past decade in coaching and supervision roles, I have refined my ability to listen, create spaces for authentic growth, and facilitate opportunities for clients to reflect and reevaluate their goals. My expertise includes leadership coaching, personal development, and data-driven strategy, supporting individuals and educational leaders to achieve success and live a life that aligns with their values.
I am a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach and have been trained in The Art of Coaching by Elena Aguilar, Student-Centered Coaching by Diane Sweeney, and Reading Apprenticeship by WestEd. I believe in tailored coaching that is both intentional and transformative.
